All our items are shipped Monday to Friday.
Monday to Friday all items are dispatched on the same working day or early next morning at the latest.
All items are automatically generated through via PayPal and sent by Royal Mail system therefore kindly make sure you enter the correct address when purchasing the item. All items are sent by Royal Mail if they are under 2kg and any order over 2 kg will be sent by other courier companies such as Parcel Force or My Hermes.
DELIVERY
Royal Mail and Parcel Force Deliveries
Always follow the tracking information for any updates on the royal mail website.
Please note, Royal Mail attempts one time delivery if it gets failed you will need to go to the Royal Mail website and enter your tracking information and follow the instructions for re-delivery. Royal Mail will hold the item for 18 working days, However, if there’s a customs charge to pay, they will hold on to it for 21 days.
Failure to follow instructions/arrangements to get your order re-delivered or collection from your local post office then Royal Mail will return the item back to the sender (ourselves) and make a charge of £3 which we will then have to charge the customers for any failed deliveries.
My Hermes Deliveries
My Hermes will make 3 attempts with any delivery, if it fails and no one is in to accept the order will be returned to the sender (ourselves) with a charge which we will then have to charge the customer.
Please Note: We will use my Hermes Or Parcel Force for any bulk order or any orders which are over 2 kg to 10 kg in weight.

Unexpected Delays
There can be delays in the postal service and this can be due to a number of reasons. Some times courier companies can have unexpected delays which we as a company do not have any control over. Please always check your tracking information for any updates if the delays are more then 7 working days (weekends not included) kindly send us a message, we will then contact Royal Mail or put in a claim.
Sometimes a neighbour will take your parcel in and the postman has not left a card through your door to inform you so please check with your neighbours first and then check your local postal sorting office.
